【 Method 】 Performed BAL at bedside on 31 elderly patients with acute inflammatory pulmonary atelectasis diagnosed by examination of chest X-ray or/ and CT, FOB under electrocardio-surveillance and monitoring of the transcutaneous oxygen saturation.

方法对胸片或/和CT、FOB检查确诊为急性炎性肺不张31例老年患者，在心电监护，经皮血氧饱和度监测下床边行BAL治疗。
